These dress up tutus are made with layers of ultra-soft, dreamy tulle and an elastic waistband encased in satin. Perfect for playing dressup, or worn with leggings. Also looks great with leg warmers!

Each Tutu measures approximately 12" long from the waist. Fits most children between 9 months - 5+ years old. Pettiskirts are available in LIMITED SIZES AND QUANTITIES. Pettiskirts can be custom ordered, but can take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
