Warning!! Please Read! TOP Caution: Choking Hazard What types of clips/barrettes do you offer for your hair bows? TOP Most bows will be attached to either a french barrette or an alligator/pinch clip. As a general rule, large bows will be attached to french barrettes. I've found that alligator clips just don't hold! Most small bows will be attached to alligator clips, but check the product description for more details. ALL ALLIGATOR CLIPS COME LINED WITH A GRIP STRIP AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! When can I expect my order to ship? TOP As every boutique is different, I've decided to only offer what is in stock and ready-to-ship. Shipping times can vary, but you can expect your order to ship within 3-10 business days. Do you offer international shipping? TOP Shipping will be offered to only the United States and Canada. Canadian residents can sometimes experience delays in delivery. Tracking is NOT available to Canadian residents. Bows By CeCe cannot guarantee delivery times, and is NOT responsible for lost or damaged orders. In the past I have not had issues with shipping to Canada, but there is always a first time for everything. Customer assumes all risks involved with lost or damaged orders. I'm not finding exactly what I'm looking for. Do you offer custom orders? TOP Yes! All custom orders will be paid through the website. Please send me an email with your requests. Once we work out the details of your order, I'll post a listing for you under the "Custom Orders" page on the website. Please DO NOT pay for a listing that is not yours. If there's any questions, please contact me! NO WORK WILL BE STARTED UNTIL YOU ORDER IS PAID FOR IN FULL. Your listing will be CANCELLED if it’s not paid within 7 days. Promotion codes and weekly sales discounts CANNOT be applied to custom orders. If you attempt to use a sales promotion/discount, your order will be refunded and cancelled. Will you return or exchange my order? TOP Due to the nature of hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No orders will be refunded. In the rare event of a defect, an exchange may be made on a case by case basis. The customer is liable for all shipping costs to return defective items. Please contact me at once if you have concerns. I've been working with these products for over 5 years, and I know the quality and durability of my products. I will NOT be responsible for damage by the customer, children, or post office. What type of payment do you accept? TOP We are trying to expand your payment options. As of right now, we are taking PayPal, Credit card payments made through PayPal, and Google Checkout. We do not accept checks. Your order will not ship until your payment clears. Do you accept orders through Facebook? TOP No, all orders MUST be placed through the website! You can follow my Facebook page for the latest updates and previews! Do I have to pay shipping charges if I'm a local customer? TOP Yes. Time is precious, and always seems to be in short supply for busy families.
