The story behind Bows By CeCe...

Let me first say that I'm the mom of 3 wonderful girls, ages 4, 7, and 14 also the proud wife of a U.S. soldier. My obsession with hairbows and accessories started 5 years ago when the Army brought us to our current duty station and a uniform school. Since hairbows were the only stylish thing my daughter could wear, I scoured the Internet for instructions. I am 100% self taught! It just took off a life of it's own since then. We've endured 4 deployments, and now that I'm doing it full time, it keeps me busy and focused. BBC does not mass produce hair bows, everything is made by yours truely. Every bow is hand crafted to perfection. Every loop is fluffed and stiffened. Every edge is heat sealed to prevent fraying. I take pride in the quality of my work. I won't claim to have the cheapest bows out there, but I can definitely claim the best in quality! Selling my creations has given me much satisfaction and fullfillment. And who doesn't love making little girls smile?
